Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern freelance design, web development, brand identity, and visual creative engagements provided by Sajidul Islam (Co-Founder & Lead Designer of FlorianBD) to clients worldwide.

1. Engagement & Scope of Work

All client projects commence with a mutually agreed scope of work defining the deliverables, milestones, revisions, and timeline. Any additional features or revisions requested outside the original scope are quoted separately.

2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon final settlement of project fees, all agreed deliverables (including final UI designs, website codebases, and exported brand assets) transfer to the client for their intended commercial use. Sajidul Islam reserves the right to showcase non-confidential project screenshots and outcomes in portfolios, case studies, and design showcases.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely execution and premium results, clients agree to provide necessary brand assets, copywriting, credentials, and prompt feedback during scheduled review cycles.

4. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Standard client projects typically operate with an upfront deposit followed by milestone disbursements as agreed upon in the project proposal. Invoices are payable via international bank transfer, Wise, or mutually established payment processors.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat proprietary information, strategic business plans, unreleased products, and client data with strict confidentiality.
